POC has been nominated for the VOLVO SportsDesign AWARD at Ispo 08, for the third consecutive year.

The topic this year is Eco design / Form Follows Sustainability.
The nominated product is the Receptor+ helmet, a helmet developed to solve the need for multi disciplinary action sports athletes. Instead of piling numerous helmets for different activities around the house, the Receptor+ helmet was developed, designed and certified in Europe and the US for skiing, snowboard, biking, skateboarding and water sports such as wake and kite boarding.
"One helmet for all needs. Something everyone told us would be impossible to succeed with. But we managed and we're mighty proud to be recognized for it, in such a prestigious context." Says CEO Stefan Ytterborn. The winner will be announced at ISPO on January the 29th.
