Newsletter Sign Up Terms & Conditions

When you sign up for our newsletter, your email will be used for our own advertisement purposes until you opt out of the newsletter. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter.  If you opt out of receiving such communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your account, purchases or our ongoing business relations.

Monthly Newsletter Subscriber Competition

Newsletter subscribers will be entered into a draw to win a Signal Rain Jacket. 

• The winner is selected at random from newsletter subscribers that subcribed during the promotional period.
• Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand
• No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
• Winners will be selected at random on a monthly basis in the month following the draw and will be notified via email directly.
• If the winner cannot be contacted via email an alternative winner will be selected at random.
• Entry is limited to once per person.
• There is no cost to enter the comptition.
• Any person found to have submitted multiple entries or email addresses will be disqualified from the competition.
• The promoted prize may at the discression of POC Sports be substituted for an equivilent item or a gift voucher or online store credit to the same value.
• The prize includes delivery to an Australian or New Zealand address.
• The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
