We hope you are completely satisfied with your products, but if you do need to return them, you have 30 days from when you receive your package to lodge the return. All returned items must be as new and include all original tags and product packaging. Please note: returns need to be sent either to POC warehouse in Sydney, Australia or to Christichurch, New Zealand (address will be attached in the return confirmation email) and we do not cover cost of postage of the return or return labels.

2. Once you complete the return process you will receive an email confirmation from us that will include your packing slip.
3. Please print this slip and include it inside your package. Then simply write the RMA number on the outside of your package.
4. Post your package back to us. We do not cover the cost of postage so please keep proof of postage for your records.
5. You will be refunded as soon as your return has been fully processed, which can be up to 10 business days after we receive your returned goods.
You can use the shipping method of your choice when returning items to us. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages. We therefore suggest you insure any package you return through the carrier. Please keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
Credit card refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase.
