Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Pocsports.com web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. POC cannot warrant that the content and information of Pocsports.com is up-to-date and at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. While we strive for precision on our website, occasional errors in product images, descriptions, or prices may occur. We promptly correct these inaccuracies, but please be aware that we are not obligated to honour incorrect prices published as a result of a genuine technical error.
If such an error arises, we will inform you and provide the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Your understanding is appreciated, and we're dedicated to ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Part of the services mediated through Pocsports.com are performed and concerned for by outside organisations. In situations where POC act as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. POC cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. POC cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.
Shopping at AU.POCSPORTS.COM
Shopping directly at Pocsports.com is a convenient service for our customers. We’re open 24/7 for you to find your favorite items. When you receive your package you can try your gear in the privacy of your own home and we have a 60-day return period if you need to send something back for a full refund. We operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (working days) and not on public holidays.
WARNING: Beware of Fake POC websites. This is the official POC website and often fake ones appear on the internet. Heavily discounted pricing is often a red flag. We urge you to use good judgment and POC is not responsible if you are victimized by the fake websites. Your use of fake POC websites is at your own risk.
Discounts and Promotions
Unless explicitly stated, items promoted as being on sale will be advertised with a discount percentage that is applied to that item’s Retail Price and not to already-discounted items. Sales and promotions are subject to availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Promotional codes (“codes”) that offer a percentage discount cannot be combined with any other promotional codes or already-discounted items. Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Trade Marks
Our trademarks include POC Lab, POC Mag, POCito, POC race, WO, POCski, among others, as well as the POC name and logo. These trade marks may be used or registered by POC in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any license or rights, express or implied, to use our trade marks.
Violation of Rules
Misappropriation or unauthorized use by you of POC’s intellectual property for commercial gain would unfairly and irreparably harm POC. Accordingly, POC reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity, including injunctive relief, for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeure, POC´s’ obligations are suspended. The contract between you and POC can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by POC. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, UFO`s, natural disasters or similar events. POC will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
Payment Methods
All transactions on Shopify Payments is PCI compliant and supports 3D Secure checkouts. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. POC makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express Eftpos & UnionPay. We also offer payment method supporting Afterpay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Gift Cards
Orders may also be purchased in whole or in part (depending on the amount of your gift Card) by redeeming a pre-purchased gift card. Gift cards can be redeemed against all products in POC’s online shop where redemption is available.
Gift cards are exclusively available in the Australian POC online shop where Australian dollar is the official local currency and can only be purchased in Australian dollar and in no other currency. Gift cards can therefore solely be redeemed in Australian POC online shops where the Australian dollar is the official local currency. For the avoidance of doubt, gift cards are not exchangeable into any currency other than Australian dollar and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
If your order is less than the value of the gift card, your remaining balance will stay under the same gift card code, which can be redeemed against your next order considering the validity period. If, on the other hand, your order exceeds the value of the gift card, the outstanding balance may be paid using one of the payment methods described above.
When you return products purchased using a gift card, the amount paid using the gift card will be refunded to the gift card, which is then redeemable for the next order. To the extent that the costs of the order exceeded the value of the redeemed gift card, the differential amount will be refunded as described in the REFUND section below.
POC reserves the right to cancel an order or withdraw from the contract, insofar as there is any indication of a breach of the purchase or redemption conditions for gift cards (e.g. payment of the gift card or order in a currency other than AUD; redemption of the gift card in an online store where the AUD is not the national currency). This also applies if we identify an abusive redemption of the gift cards (e.g. the gift card or the purchase process for the gift card have been manipulated).
POC Sports Membership
POC Sports Membership (also called POC Membership) is a membership program by POC Sports. Anyone can join for free by signing up on pocsports.com/wearepocsports by entering their email address. Membership benefits are listed on pocsports.com/wearepocsports and may change anytime without prior notice. To access these benefits, members must be subscribed to our POC newsletter. Members can cancel their membership at any time by unsubscribing by following a link in one of the received membership emails.
Order Process & Confirmation
All orders are usually processed within two business days at POC´s warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Shipping is free of charge for members and takes between 2 and 10 working days depending on your location. For non members shipping within Australia is $6.00 and New Zealand $12.00. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation.
Taxes and Duties
For orders shipped within Australia, prices include GST. For orders shipped to New Zealand, prices are inclusive of local tax and customs duties.

Shipping to more than one address
POC delivers to Australia and New Zealand. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. Australian orders are shipped with StarTrack, while New Zealand orders are shipped with Australia Post. POC cannot offer express delivery within Australia and New Zealand at this time. Please note that goods may not be delivered without a signature and that the couriers usually operate between 08.00-17.00 (8am-5pm) business days.
POC sports return process on au.pocsports.com
To return an item you must complete the return process on the Return Portal. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package(s) through the carrier and obtain and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed. Returns must be in new condition and include all original tags product packaging. The Manufacturer’s packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Items bought at au.pocsports.com cannot be exchanged or refunded at retailers or dealers. Please do not return an item without getting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. POC cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be in perfect condition and include all original tags (attached) as well as manufacturers packaging. POC is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages and we suggest that you insure the returned package through the carrier along with holding onto the tracking information. POC North America does not accept any returns on products that were purchased with pro deal codes. Please note that POC is currently unable to issue direct exchanges, however we are happy to take product back as a return that fits within our return policy and help facilitate your purchase of the correct product.
Refunds
Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. Refunds are issued as soon as POC has fully processed the return and received the returned goods. This can take up to 10 business days.
Return Shipping Methods
Please use the shipping method of your choice to return your package back to POC. Return shipping costs and other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. In cases where POC has shipped an incorrect item, POC will provide a call tag. For Australia and New Zealand, please contact apac_cs@pocsports.com.
Governing Law
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Australian law and you agree that a competent court in Sydney, Australia will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. Accordingly, you hereby agree to the aforementioned venue and jurisdiction and the enforceability of any judgment that may be rendered. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
